Q: How do you work with clients?
A: Through a five -phase process:
I. Schematic Design – the concept is defined.
II. Design Development – Involving the essential consultants so to build correctly.
III. Construction Documents – Creating the instructions for building.
IV. Bidding and Negotiating – Determining who is qualified to build in terms of price and quality of performance.
V. Construction Administration – Determining that the terms of the construction contract are fulfilled as per the
owner and builder agreement.
